What is Zoniz
ZONIZ is a mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) that belongs to Global e Business Solution Group (GEBS). ZONIZ is a mobile application based on proximity which helps you discover content around you. These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern your access and use to Zoniz mobile application. Please read carefully and fully the terms that follow. This Terms are applied every time you are using the ZONIZ application. Accessing, using or registering in order to benefit from ZONIZ application services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) you accept and agree to submit to the Terms.
Registering an application user account
2.1 Registering using email address:
In order to fully use the services, you will create a user account by filling the electronic registration form, available by clicking the application's “Register” button (“user account”). You must fill in all the fields marked as mandatory, which you can also edit later. In case you refuse to provide the mandatory information required during registering process, ZONIZ is entitled to refuse your registration.
When filling the fields of the User Account registration form, the future Registered User is obliged to enter their full and true identification data, as well as all other information required. The Registered User warrants that the information presented at the moment of User Account registration are true, full, and exact. The Registered User is responsible to maintain accuracy and submit any changes in the User Account details. In cases where false data is registered with a User Account, ZONIZ is entitled to terminate or to suspend immediately and without prior notification the provision of the Services and the User Account.
2. 2 Registering via Facebook
In addition to the possibility to create a user account using the email address, the visitor can also register through Facebook Connect using his Facebook account. When creating a User Account via Facebook Connect, all or part of the data necessary for the registration will be directly and automatically sent from the Facebook account of the future Registered User and received by ZONIZ.
By applying for registration on the Application via Facebook Connect, the future Registered User gives their express consent for the requested data in their Facebook account to be accessed and transferred by Facebook (Facebook Inc., Facebook Ireland Limited, as well as by any other person who participates in the services provided by the facebook.com website and who processes the data of the User) to ZONIZ.
By registering with Facebook Connect in order to use the Applications, you agree with the Terms and conditions of use of ZONIZ. The Registered User's use of this service is carried out on his/her behalf in compliance with the applicable terms and conditions of use and the privacy policies and processing of personal data of the service. The use of the Facebook Connect service is not governed by and subject to these Terms.
2.3 Exploring the application's content is also possible for unregistered users.
As part of the Services, you might receive push notifications. You can unsubscribe from receiving these by accessing the Application's Settings menu. Also, as a part of using the Services, you might receive emails and other type of messages sent to you in or outside of the Application, by ZONIZ (GEBS) or by GEBS Partners. You can unsubscribe from the unwanted commercial messages by following the instructions included in each message. ZONIZ can use this information to contact you or to inform you about the Services modifications.
By using ZONIZ Application you may receive the following Campaign types: info, discounts ticket, scratch ticket, contest, poll, treasure hunt.
GEBS collaborates with companies which create and transmit Campaigns in ZONIZ. By using the Services you give your consent to receive Campaigns from ZONIZ partners. GEBS does not assume responsibility for the GEBS partners campaigns through the Zoniz application. GEBS does not guarantee that the information contained in the campaigns is complete. Photos shown in campaigns do not create contractual obligations. We are not responsible for any text or price mistakes. Bids and discounts on products posted on this platform are valid within the stock limit. GEBS reserves the right to withdraw and make changes to the Application's campaigns based on changes in products and services promoted through Campaigns. GEBS assumes no responsibility for the veracity of the information provided by GEBS collaborators in the Application. GEBS is not responsible for any kind of damage that has occurred as a result of any kind of malfunctions of the platform.
In order to participate in some campaigns and/or to claim the prizes you won, ZONIZ partners/collaborators might require you to agree to their Terms and conditions of Use. You can choose to participate in those campaigns if you agree to theirs Terms and conditions.
4.1 Campaigns for minors
Children under 13 are not allowed to use Zoniz. If you are based in the EEA you may only use Zoniz if you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country or if verifiable parental consent for your use of Zoniz has been provided to us. If you are a parent and you learn that your child is using Zoniz and you don't want them to, please contact us.
4.2 How are the campaigns received by you
In order to receive ZONIZ campaigns you must have installed the Application on your mobile phone, Bluetooth and Internet connection enabled, and be in a campaign area. You can see all the locations(areas) where ZONIZ campaigns are sent in to the Application map, selecting the My Profile menu -> Maps.
In Categories menu you can select the categories you are interested in. You will only receive the campaigns from the categories you have selected.
5.1 Placing the order
The offers available for order are provided and managed by the Restaurant. The time frames for orders and pick-up are also set up by the Restaurant. Only registered users will be able to use the order function.
5.2 Table Order
To create a table order, access the Restaurant’s menu, add the items and quantity you want, scan the QR code available at your table in order to select it in the app and then place the order. You can add more items to your order at any time and when you are ready to close your order, click the Checkout button.
5.3 Takeaway and delivery orders
If you have selected the takeaway option for your order, you will have to pick it up from the restaurant at the time you have selected.
The Restaurant is fully responsible for preparing and handling the order to the Customer in the provided time frame or delivering it.
The Restaurant can ask for identification documents in case the order contains alcoholic beverages or other products with an age limit. In case you will not be able to identify yourself or you are not of the required age, the Restaurant can refuse the order, in which case there could be annulment costs in case of losses for the Restaurant.
5.4 Cancellation Policies
Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled through the application. You can call the Restaurant at the provided number and it is up to them if they agree to cancel your order.
The Restaurant will be able to decline or cancel an order in case of missing ingredients or major force.
5.5 Payment conditions
Orders can be payed at the location or online directly from the app through Paylike payment processor, after placing the order. The Restaurant is fully responsible for the payment process.
5.6 Refund Policy
Full refunding is only possible if the Restaurant is responsible for the order cancellation. The reimbursement will be sent to the same account from which the payment was made. Depending on the payment method selected by the client, the reimbursement can take for a maximum of 10 working days.
Any complaints regarding the Offers, Order, Pick-up or Delivery process are to be transmitted to the Restaurant. The Restaurant is fully responsible for the Offer and execution of the Order.
Users are able to make reservations to Restaurants through the app. Any reservation made by the User has to be confirmed by the Restaurant. The reservation is considered confirmed when the Restaurant communicates the confirmation to the User by: notifying them in the application, telephone, sms or email.
A reservation can be refused by the Restaurant for situations not limited to: the maximum occupancy of the premises has been reached; the Restaurant is hosting a private event; the Restaurant is closed and/or any other cases. In this situation the User will be notified about the refusal of the reservation and if possible, the Restaurant will suggest an alternative.
The User is responsible for honoring the reservations made through the app that were confirmed by the Restaurant and in case that they cannot honor it, the User is responsible for notifying the restaurant as soon as possible.
If the User does not honor and/or does not cancel the reservations in a timely manner, Zoniz reserves the right to suspend or cancel the User’s right to use this feature.
Deleting the account
Any registered user has the right to delete his account. Deleting the user account from the Application is possible by sending a request email to email@example.com. Any deletion of a user account will not affect a Registered User's obligations to ZONIZ, to ZONIZ’s partners or third parties under or as a result of the Terms and Condition of Use (including but not limited to ownership, indemnification and limitation of liability), which are intended to survive such deletion.
ZONIZ may delete a User Account or suspend access to the Services or Application in the event that a Registered User breaches the Terms and Conditions of Use or for other improper conduct, at ZONIZ's sole discretion and without prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of the ZONIZ application is entirely owned by GEBS. Zoniz application is protected by intellectual, industrial and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Use gives you a right to use the ZONIZ's name or any of the ZONIZ's trademarks, logos, domain names, other distinctive brand features or other copyrighted materials protected by copyright of ZONIZ and it's partners. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding ZONIZ or the Services are entirely voluntary and ZONIZ will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as it sees fit and without any obligation to you. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any content on our Application, including text, site design, graphics, interfaces, and pictures, in any way, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Campaigns may contain links to third-party sites or resources. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you agree that we are not responsible or liable for: a) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources or b) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by ZONIZ of such websites or resources or the content, products, or services available from such websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
Change of this Agreement
It is in your best interest to check this page periodically and to inform yourself of any changes being made, as they are binding on you. You acknowledge and agree that the use of our Services will constitute your acceptance of any provision of the Terms and Conditions of Use as may be applicable at the time you use ZONIZ. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please request your User Account to be deleted and discontinue the use of our Services and / or ZONIZ Partners. You can find the Terms and Conditions here in the Help section of the ZONIZ Application.

These terms establish a legal agreement between you as a user and Global e Business Solution Group (GEBS) - the owner of the Zoniz application - and GEBS partners.
GEBS reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate the Services or modify the Terms. Changes to the Terms will be made in the ZONIZ application, the Help -> Terms and Conditions section.
